Ravi Jayarahal
Ravi is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and an Associate Member of the Certified Management Accountants of Australia. He brings over 25 years of extensive experience in accounting, auditing and assurance, corporate finance, and operational management in the private sector.
Industry Experience
Before establishing his practice, Ravi headed the finance divisions of several leading business conglomerates with both local and international operations in industries such as hospitality, retail, shipping and logistics, construction, and healthcare. This exposure has enabled him to work closely with diverse business communities.

His areas of specialisation include financial and operational management, tax planning, audit and assurance services, accounting services, financial planning, and knowledge process outsourcing, among others.

Josept Kumaravel
Josept Kumaravel is a Chartered Tax Adviser and the Director of RL Associates – Chartered Accountants. He has developed a strong professional foundation in accounting, taxation, and advisory services through continuous academic and professional development.
Specialisation
With over a decade of hands-on experience in public practice and the mercantile sector, Josept specialises in tax advisory, corporate taxation, statutory compliance, and financial consulting. He has advised a wide range of clients—including individuals, SMEs, and corporate entities across diverse industries—on income tax, withholding tax, VAT, and regulatory compliance matters.
